- COMPETITION DETAILS
1.1. The title of the competition is Amelia Fang Memories Competition. It shall be referred to as the Promotion throughout these terms and conditions.
1.2. The Promotion starts on 23rd November 2020 AT 09.00 GMT (Start Date).
1.3. Closing Date is 6th December 2020 AT 23.59 GMT.
1.4. No entries received after the date at 1.3 will be accepted.
1.5. Only one entry allowed per household.
1.6. No purchase necessary.
- ELIGIBILITY
2.1. This Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over (excluding Northern Ireland) except employees of HarperCollins (or their parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the competition.
2.2. Any application containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be rejected. Any applications made on behalf of or for another person or multiple entries will not be included in the competition.

4.1. The prize is one Vincent and Squashy enamel pin badge.
4.2. The number of prizes available is: 30
4.3. The number of winners expected is: 30
4.4. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize.
4.5. No cash or prize alternatives are available.
4.6. HarperCollins reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be delivered to the winner within one (1) month of the Promotion’s closing date.
4.7 During this period of uncertainty, we will aim to adhere to the deadline for delivery stipulated, however in the event we are unable to meet that deadline due to the current circumstances and potential unforeseen factors outside our control, we will ensure relevant timely communication with the winner and in the unlikely event delivery becomes impossible, we may offer a refund or a reasonable substitute product.
- RULES
5.1. To enter, follow @egmontbooksuk and tweet your favourite Amelia Fang memory as either a written tweet or photo, tagging @egmontbooksuk and @Lillustrator in the tweet and including #AmeliaFangMemories.
5.2. The winner of the competition will be selected at random from the valid entries received by a member of Egmont Books (an imprint of HarperCollins) marketing team.
5.3. The winner will be notified by Direct Message on Twitter no later than the 9th December 2020.
5.4. HarperCollins decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.
5.5. To obtain the name of the prize winner after the closing date, please write to Egmont Books Marketing Team, HarperCollins, 1 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9GF.
5.6. The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions for this competition.
5.7. Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
