Artist and illustrator Tomoko Tashiro was born in Tokyo, Japan. She graduated from Tama Art University, Department of Painting, with a major in Japanese painting studying under Fumiko Hori. Tashiro has been actively involved in a wide range of projects, including book cover designs, illustrations, magazine advertisements, department store window displays for Shinjuku Isetan and Shinjuku Odakyu Ace, as well as package illustrations for the cosmetics companies Kose and Shiseido

Simon Tyler is a designer, illustrator and writer based in St Leonards-on-Sea. His work has featured in The Times, The Telegraph, Daily Mail, The Guardian, The Independent, Elle Decoration, It’s Nice That, and others. He runs Atomic Printworks, which is reinventing the educational poster for the 21st century.
