This competition is promoted by HarperCollins Publishers Ltd (“HarperCollins”), 1 Robroyston Gate, Robroyston, Glasgow, G33 1JN.
This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom except employees of HarperCollins (or their parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to enter this competition.
The prize is one (1) £200 worth of HarperCollins books chosen by the winner from the HarperCollins UK website (the “Prize”), selected from HarperCollins Children’s Books, Farshore, Barrington Stoke and Collins titles. There is one (1) Prize to be won and one (1) winner of this competition.
To enter the competition you must:
complete all compulsory questions on the Farshore Survey Google Form (https://forms.gle/9QNGGRagGaHcdXDW7) (the “Survey”);
opt in to the competition using the tick box; and
enter your email address at the end of the form before submitting the Survey
If you do not complete the above three actions you will not be entered into the competition.
The competition opens at 9am GMT on 5th June 2025 and closes at 5pm GMT on 16th June 2025. Entries received outside these dates and times will not be accepted.
Only one (1) entry is allowed per person.
If you win, no purchase is required to redeem the Prize.
The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the Prize.
No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and HarperCollins reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner of the competition will be drawn at random by an electronic system from all entries that have complied with these Terms & Conditions, and will be notified by e-mail no later than the 23rd June 2025 (the “Winner’s Email”).
The Winner’s Email will contain a link to the HarperCollins UK website. The winner will be invited to select any book from the HarperCollins UK website published by HarperCollins Children’s Books, Farshore, Barrington Stoke or Collins up to a total RRP value of £200. The winner will be required to send confirmation of their selected books in list form by reply to the Winner’s Email within thirty days of the date of the Winner’s Email. If a response is not received within thirty (30) days from the date of the Winner’s Email, HarperCollins reserves the right to choose another winner.
HarperCollins is not responsible for contacting or forwarding the Prize to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed, or destroyed. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, HarperCollins reserves the right to select another winner.
HarperCollins will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Prize within two (2) months of the winner completing and submitting a valid order form to HarperCollins. However, HarperCollins is not liable for any delay in the delivery of the Prize.
HarperCollins will aim to meet the delivery date set out above, however if HarperCollins is unable to meet the deadline due to any circumstances arising outside of their control, HarperCollins will contact the winner to arrange redelivery and, in the unlikely event that delivery becomes impossible, HarperCollins will offer a reasonable substitute of the Prize which is of equal or greater value.
HarperCollins’ decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.

By entering the competition, you are agreeing that, if you win, your name and image may be used for the purpose of announcing the winner and in any related publicity with HarperCollins without any additional payment or permission.
All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition. HarperCollins reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion.
The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions for this competition. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and you will not be allowed to enter this competition.
Any personal information you give to HarperCollins will be used solely for this competition and will not be passed on to any other parties without your express consent. HarperCollins’ privacy policy can be found at: https://corporate.harpercollins.co.uk/reporting/privacy-policy/. Answers to the Survey will be kept anonymous.
Under no circumstances will HarperCollins be responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions, or delays in the promotion of the competition or Prize.
Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
